Q:  Can I change my order after I place it?

A:  Email us right away at info@amelaschamber.com within the same day that you ordered and we will try our best to make the change before your order is fulfilled.

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order? 

A:  It takes approximately 6-12 business days for orders to arrive at their destination, which includes processing and delivery times based on product purchased and shipment destination. 

Q: What is your return policy?

Please email info@amelaschamber.com for any concerns, and we will do our guaranteed best to resolve your issues. We allow refunds or exchanges for unused products returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.  Please refer to our Returns Page for details. 

Q: Can I track my package?

Yes! You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped. You may check there by clicking on the tracking number that has a link to the tracking system, or email info@amelaschamber.com with your name and address and we will track it down for you.
